What a farce. We purchased our shares in 2010 with the expectation that buying into a company like MTN would profitable. I have been trying to sell my shares since Monday the 25 November 2013 and all I haven't been able to get through on the 083 number or the website. I have read several complaints on Hellopeter regarding the same complaint. I was shocked that MTN Zakhele seems to have an automated response.

We as shareholders have lost thousands with the inadequacy of the trading platform and the call centre, is MTN Zakhele going to reimburse us? We deserve a proper response.
MTN should now step in and sort out this as it is their name and reputation at stake. If I had an option to purchase these shares again having the knowledge I now have I would rather set the money on fire.
