Deposit paid and no service

I called Centurion Pool and Spa on the 28 Jan 2013 to have my pool repaired. This Craig guy came to my house and inspected the repairs and told me that it will cost R900 to fix. He said he required a deposit of R650 so that he can send the guys the next morning to fix it. The guys didn't pitch up the following day as promised and on the afternoon I called him and he told me that the guys had been busy and couldn't make but they will come the next day. The guys still didn't pitch up the next day which was 3 days after I've paid the deposit. He promised that he'll come during afternoon to have the pool fixed himself. The next thing when I call him afternoon, all I got was "the subscriber, you've dialled it's not available". His phone has been off ever since. I want to take legal action or get media involved as I'm aware that I'm not the first person to pay money to Centurion Pool and Spa and don't get service. The guy also operates as Pool Crew. I've also been to the premises where he claims to operate with no luck. Does anyone know where I can get hold of this guy?

Hi there,

Were you ever able to find Craig? He did the same thing to me and I battle to get hold of him.
