I went to the Weltevreden Park branch on a month end weekend, there are only 2 staff working at the counters. I am in a line all the way to the door, the next window has 2 people waiting and one of them picks up a parcel, so I move to that line and wait, when I get to the front I get told I must go back to the other line as this one is only for license renewals. what kind of double standards are in play here? Is it because I am English or is it that I need to be related to the teller to pick up parcels from that window? Once I finally get my parcel I will make sure that I NEVER have to make use of your pathetic service again. Do you employ low IQ staff or do they just get their kicks by seeing if they can off customers?
