I've send a parcel from my local post-office to Bryanston. The parcel left my post office on the 18 November 2013 and arrived at Bryanston on the 22 November 2013.(This was confirmed with the central track and trace call centre) The problem? Bryanston have not even open the postal bags my parcel are in. The have not yet issued an acknowledgment of arrival, issued a notice for the receiver to come and pick the parcel up. When phoning them, the lady just say we are understaffed and do not know when it will be opened and she can not do anything else to assist. I will have to wait.
Sorry but this is not the service I've paid for!
