Very BAD service and damaged goods!

On 18 Oct, Biddulphs confirmed that they were going to pick up in PTA on 21 Oct at about 9am. I waited until 14h30, and after MANY phone calls to them to ask them where they are, I was told that the truck my furniture will go into, had a breakdown. They will instead send another truck to load my furniture and off loaded again in JHB, and then loaded again into the truck to KZN. I told them that I don't want this as I want to be present when they load and offload my belongings. I even suggested that they come back the another day but they refused and said no, they will unpack the truck in their BIG depot The truck then arrived at 3pm without ANY TV boxes or wrapping which I paid extra for. Again we had to wait for another truck.By the time they started loading, they were all in a hurry as it was getting closer to home time. My move was due for delivery in KZN on 24 Oct-this never happened as I received yet another phone call from Biddulphs to inform me that the truck with my furniture broke down again. On 28 Oct they finally arrived, and as my furniture was offloaded I immediately noticed how damaged my furniture and boxes was. Boxes were open and wet and mirrors were broken.
