I got an invoice last month where the water we pay for was more than R200.00 for a small flat in a complex. I found out that the meters for my flat and the people above me were switched, and the lady at account took an estimate for my reading because the meter was broken. They came out to fix the problem and to switch back the meters. I then got a phone call from Freddy and he informed me that i will get a new invoice with the correct reading for the water. I phoned them a week after that and spoke to Nico where he informed me that he will before the end of last week make sure I get my new invoice. I have still not received anything. I just phoned them and was on hold for Nico where the lady said I must phone back in half an hour. They still retain my deposit and I am moving out end of this month if they don't send me the new invoice i wont pay a cent. They will probably just keep my deposit then but I WANT TO SORT THIS OUT THEY ARE JUST USELESS!!!
