REFUNDS STILL OUTSTANDING

I ordered furniture from them. And paid my deposit on the same day they asked me to do so.
The got to busy and was not able to do everybody's orders. So they cancelled them all, and we were told that they would refund our deposits to us.

First they told us we would get our refunds on the 26th October... that did not happen!
When you follow up via email or phone... DOREEN RIEKERT - [Email Removed] - 084 756 2130 -just ignores you.
She then finally replied about a week after my emails. Just to say the refunds will now be done on the 11th of November.

Needless to say... our refunds of our deposits are still with them! And once again she is ignoring emails and telephone calls.
Starting to seem to me, that they took all the deposits and pocketed them for themselves!!!

I would recommend to everybody to NEVER EVER buy Furniture from FREE BIRD FURNITURE... as you will surely be very very very disspointed!
