Advertising a brand, sending a fake

I received my daily email and they advertised the Joseph Baking Set... it was a good price so I ordered 2 R70 delivery fee. Receive the parcel today... it is NOT Joseph Baking Set... some other fake product made in China.

So... if I want my money back because THEY had a fake advert I need to pay the courier fee.

I don't think this is right at all.
