Absolutely shocking customer service, i went out and purchased this 18 pack 2 ply Twinsaver toilet rolls from Spar, which was at a ridiculous price, never the less bought it. After about a week i noticed the poor quality it was actually half a ply instead of 2 ply, i am very disappointed. We always buy Twinsaver, irrespective of the price, and its normally good quality, but this batch was not. I sent an email to Nampak, i got a response from Francois, requesting my address to collect, so they did collect, i was given a tracking number but have not received the voucher as yet, when i track it, it is in Johannesburg. I have given him my physical address, so really don't know whats the issue. My 1st email to them was sent on the 05 November 2013.
Poor quality product, and no customer service... no follow up. Please escalate this as i am very annoyed.
