In January 2013 we bought a brand new Sprite Splash caravan from Comet Sprite in Boksburg. We didn't use the full tent till May/June. The draft skirt and tent roof was not corresponding and over lapping at the sides. My husband contacted the supplier and they said we should first take out holiday in July and when we bring it for service thereafter they would correct it. Since July the tent was shipped to and thru from Comet to the supplier in Pinetown and to date the problem is not solved yet. This week we received the tent back with confirmation from 4 people at Comet that all is in order. The problem is the item code of the tent they gave is now 2009 which differs in colours to the caravan we originally bought with no explanation when we queried it. Also the draft skirt they gave us now is too big and overlap at the caravan door. We are totally disgusted in the terrible service and the time we had spent trying to solve this problem. I would not recommend anyone to use Comet Sprite Boksburg as a service provider as their after sales service is really bad.
