I have a person who is going around continuously reporting me to various animal rescue orgs anonymously.
My dogs were reported to the spca as being too thin. The only ones thin are the ones that are currently under veterinary care having just fought a bought of billary.
On arriving at my property, a female inspector named Candice started throwing her weight around and threatening us with legal action. She opened the door to my home and just walked through to look at my dogs, WITHOUT AN INVITATION. This is an illegal act. Then gave me 7 days to make my dogs fat or will take them legally.
Yesterday I had another inspector arrive, Alfred or something who proceeded to inform me that I cannot afford dog food for my dogs. Who gives him the right to judge me and tell me what I can and cannot afford. My dogs are fed twice daily, they have veterinary care, are ALL rescues and are slowly packing on weight. Some have only been with me a month and came to me emaciated.
Why can't the SPCA leave people who love and care for their animals alone and go sort out people who's dogs are abused, tied and mistreated.
And they need to send their inspectors on a manners course.
