In 2012/09/06 city parks came to my area to plan trees and my electricity line got cut off in the process, called Eskom to come and look at it, they came and reconnected the power, however they did not fix the meter box (the box used to load electricity) upon enquiring we were advised that there is nothing they can do between the 06/09/2013 and 14/09/2013 about 5 different workers came to look at the problem and they advised that there is nothing they can do. we even went to the offices in Randfontein and we were told that they do not take walk in complaints only the call centre deals with complaints. I called the call centre and I was asked (what is my problem if I have electricity) its over a year later and the meter has never been fixed..
