Tevo
So disappointed

I am never a person to write complaints about small products. Normally I accept it and buy another.
This is what's been happening for the past 6 months with Tevo mops.
Ii love this mop, it's easy to use and cleans nicely so well done to Tevo for that.
Recently a EVERY single one of the mops have been breaking. Now I would totally understand if it was the sponge from regular use but it's the metal rod.
After the 1st one broke, I thought, hey it must be me. So I bought another! And guess what, a week later the new one broke with the maid!
So again I thought maybe she was tooo rough so being the loyal customer I am, I bought another.

Two weeks later the metal rod brooke again.
Now R99.99 is affordable for a mop but after spending that a few times in a row, I've finally had enough and decided I'd rather spend R400 and buy the EXPENSIVE mop from Verimark because let's face it, I've spent that much anyway on the Tevo ones.

This letter is to bring to the attention of Tevo that these things need to be made stronger because I can guarantee you that I'm not the first person whose experienced this.
