I contacted amazing vouchers at the end of october to cancel the service. I was told that there was a 4 month period for cancellation and I would have to continue the service for the next 4 months and that my fee would be reduced to R150. Sure the 4 month cancellation period is stipulated on the terms on conditions, but we are not made aware of this 4 month period when signing up telephonically. And of course I was then billed the full R200 on my debit order. I have not used the service at all and all I want is to cancel it.
