I rent at Stresa Court in Johannesburg through Burmain Property Administrators 011 869 4773 Alberton Germiston. We have prepaid electricity meters. They promised us we can buy electricity anywhere BUT we cannot we are only allowed to buy through them. They are charging MUCH MORE for electricity than what government charges. They DO NOT give us any proof to show how much electricity we bought. We have to wait sometimes 2 weeks or longer before they give us token number for electricity. On weekends we cannot buy electricity because we are only allowed to buy electricity in the week through Burgett (owner), he is never available to buy electricity and Burmain company say they do not sell electricity. We must deposit the money into their banking account and wait until they say the money is inside their banking account before they give us the token number. They are suppose to be a property administration company but they also sell electricity. Is this legal? Please investigate this company as it is our right to buy electricity anywhere at anytime and we are not allowed to do this because at all because they have stopped us from doing so. They are us for electricity too
