I don't know who to complain to - I know this should get me correct people contacting me. We constantly sit without power. This happens every time we have the slightest bit of weather. This only happens to our line - I can see that everyone around us has power but not us. I am getting to a point where I am on a first name basis with the call centre staff. I have only good things to say about the call centre but I think the only reason they are so good at what they do is because of them having to deal with so many unhappy customers. I don't know who to speak to to get this sorted out - in the last week we have been without power for 3 of the 7 days. I need to get this sorted.
