I recently logged a complaint about the shocking service i had received from Biddulph's. That was when i was dealing with Biddulph's CT, since dealing with Biddulph's PE, it has been nothing BUT pleasant. My emails were returned within a couple of hours, calls were received and once i had put together a list if damages caused by Biddulph's, i was reimbursed within the day. Im extremely impressed with how they rectify situations and make an un-happy customer very happy again. All compliments go to Grant Lane! Well done.
