I have recently sold a property and have been trying to close the Eskom account and get a refund. 1 month and 2 weeks later and I still have zero refund.
I have receive a least 5 reference numbers and kept getting told someone will call me.
I just wonder how many people just leave it and let Eskom the refund money!
