. In the meantime he and his partner Joan who is also doing his admin refuse to pay the rent, he also refuse to move and keep on doing his business from our property. We are in the process of selling the property, They are mean and rude to our agent and all the neighbors around the property that complain about the drinking and fighting and excessive noise that going on day after day..
