I bought pots from Le Morgan for R10 000 5 months ago and the instalment is R541.00 every month and last month i called them to come and collect their pots as i cant pay for them anymore, they haven't been used at ol. They said i must draft a letter stating the reason why i want to cancel and fax it and i did that and after that all they could say was unfortunately u were supposed to cancel within 7 days and when i called again i was told i was supposed to cancel before 3 months so now i don't know which is which. I'm having a financial crisis and wont afford to pay them anymore. The attitude i got from them was rotten, they telling me about the terms and condition and when i read them it doesn't state anywhere that i cant bring them back. They keep on debiting my account and i even sent an e mail to their customer care but till today no response.
