First of all I must say I had a good experience with Biddulph's up until my goods arrived in PE. Most of the boxes which were brand new arrived soaking wet like they had been left out in the rain, this included my carpet rug. My couch was also damaged in two places even though they covered it with plastic! And they broke one of my bedside tables. I am still busy unpacking to access the damaged caused to goods that have no monetary value.
I sent an email notifying them of this damage, a whole day passed with no response. I then had to call myself the next day and when my call was returned 2 hours later, it did not seem like they cared or even wanted to investigate the matter!
I will never recommend or use Biddulph's ever again!
