NK Designs manufactures couches, sofas etc. I placed my first order in July for couches with a clear specification which was not honoured nor followed in terms of colour and fabric. The time frame that the company promises to manufacture was longer than the promise
When you sit on the couches they made funny sounds and the chrome legs used were the cheapest in the market as they started to go low hardly two weeks after purchase, I raised my concerns with the Owner and he promised that he will do new couches and will deliver at his own cost then collect the damaged couches. I have all communication in writting from him for all our discussions. To date I have not received the couches instead he has been playing hide and seek and says one thing then says another. He has been having delay tactics and is just not honourable to his promise and service delivery. In my first comunication with him I had suggested that he refunds the money so that I do not have to be going through this but he gave his word that he will correct the problem. since the 24th of August I am yet to receive the couches. I can foward all our communication from the first order up to this one. I have lost my patience
