I have been to different branches of Sass Diva quite often and have spent up to 1.5k at a time at the Sandton branch in particular. Yesterday (Tuesday, 5 November 2013) I visited the store with a friend and was not even properly greeted. We were simply browsing and the saleswomen followed us around like we were absolute criminals. I even saw one motioning to the other to watch us. She looked extremely distressed and they proceeded to count the rings in the display cabinet we had been looking at. We weren't behaving in a suspicious manner at all. We are well presented young women and I have never been so offended in all my life. The one who motioned for the other to watch us even went so far as to crane her neck over the opposite shelf in order to catch sight of us and had the dirtiest look on her face. We were all but harried out of the store.
I am so offended. I will never spend another cent in any of your stores. Thanks to two of the worst saleswomen in existence.
