Bad attitude and passing the buck

Run by two woman with extremely bad attitudes, no service was provided and when questioned blamed it on the work shop, strange thing they do not have a workshop. They were rude, obnoxious and liars. They stated the workshop had no spares but had only sent the binocs to Durban for repair two weeks later. Mean while the workshop in Durban will have them ready in 3 hours.
