I rented unit G7 at this facility until the 31st October. I provided the sufficient notice of vacating the unit via email, and I was told as long as I informed them that I had vacated the unit before the end of the month, all was in order. So on the 31st October I informed the Boksburg branch that the unit was now empty, and that the debit order must be cancelled. Theresa from the Boksburg branch called me to confirm all was in order, and that the debit order has been stopped. Why then was R1909 deducted on the 2nd November? To add insult to injury, on Saturday Bernice was on duty when I called. She said she would investigate and call me right back - which she did not do. Then I call today to speak to either of them, but have to speak to Mandla, as niether is available. He says that I might get a refund on Friday, if the directors are in the country. If not, who knows when??? You are quick to deduct money, but tardy to refund it, which I find unacceptable. Also not one of the staff I spoke to apologised for the mistake? Looking at the number of complaints for the same reason, it would appear that it is standard business practice?? I demand an immediate refund.
