Their receptionist is the WORST of it's kind...(011) 871 1611. She is incompetent, useless & rude and doesn't listen to the request being asked on the phone. Then when I called back IMMEDIATELY after speaking to her, she promptly asked the SECURITY GUARD to tell me she's gone on lunch - @ 12:48pm!!! How does a person just RANDOMLY go on lunch at this time!?!?!?! And IF this IS the case, how can Reckitt Benckiser only have ONE receptionist! I am APPAULED by this woman/receptionist & cannot BELIEVE that Reckitt Benckiser can employ such rubbish! Receptionists are the FACE of a company & first point of contact for anyone getting in touch with Reckitt Benckiser and if this is the image they portray, then I really don't to know how Reckitt Benckiser conduct the rest of their business!
