Faulty cigarettes

Hello

I like smoking Camel Activate, because of the menthol ball that I can pop. It is affordable for us students and that is why I buy it. I, however, wasn't happy when I realised that two of the cigarettes that were in my packet did not have the menthol ball in. I excused the one, but I wasn't happy with the second one. Please make sure that the cigarettes get checked for production problems.
