I recently had a parcel come from overseas with glasses. It was meant to be delivered by TNT who abdicated the duty to the SA Post Office. I finally (no thanks to TNT) tracked down my parcel which had been dropped at Cresta Post Office. I went through and on seeing the state of my parcel got the fright of my life. The Postmaster took me into his office, where we opened the parcel to see the state of the goods. The Post Office had already filed at they had received the parcel in this shocking state. Miraculously my goods were in tact.
On accepting the parcel, he insisted on assisting me to my car with the parcel.
What a great attitude.
