Bad Quality Product

I would like to comment that I had bought a pack of one ply Twinsaver toilet paper and must complain about the bad qulaity of the product, it was hard as... literally :-) I thought Twinsaver (even the one-ply) is off better quality that other regular brands. I should have just bought another brand instead. Dissappointed!!!
NB: I even sent feedback on the Nampak Website and got no feedback!
