In August 2013, I bought 2 xGo Pure Water bottles, I was assured by the TEVO consultant that the bottle promises never to leave or break and if it should I must just bring it back within a year. Well, it's now 3 months and these bottles are starting to leak. My daughter's bottle leaked into her school bag wetting her bag, raincoat and lunch. I called Game (Mall at Reds) and spoke to the lady working for Tevo, who said that I should bring the bottles in and they will send it to the factory for repairs... Seriously! Repairs to a water bottle. Why wasn't I told this on the day that I bought the bottles. I was made under the impression that should the bottle leak or break it will be replaced!!! Better so, she promised to call me back, it's now 3 days and I haven't heard from her.
