I requested the services of credit clear on the 25/102013 after reading about the complaints on the website I decided to cancel the verbal contract I have with credit clear, i called the call center on the 30/10/2013 to cancel the agreement, i was told it would be canceled only after the first debit as the debit request has already been sent to my bank, which is what I don't understand because the debit declined due to insufficient funds in my account, i was promised that the cancellation request has been submitted successfully so I would not be debited anymore... since there were no funds in my account why cant the debit be cancelled?.I just want this bogus organization to stay away from my bank account..i have a lot of financial constrains already..please assist me
