LACK OF AFTER SALES SERVICDE

I am a sales representative for Avon. I have been for a while. I have had minor problems here and there, until now.
Around the 27th September I placed an order with Avon for a client who was collecting gifts for her ladies. She ordered 45 Cancer Jewellery boxes which came with 2 nail varnishes, as a set. When the order was delivered we had 45 Jewelerry boxes and only 45 nail varnish;s, the one nail varnish was sold out. They did not suppliment the missing varnish. I have been in contact with them numerous times in connection with the 45 missing nail varnish's. the client has paid and the payment has been paid over. I have phoned as well as emailed my query. I have been told that they would send the varnish with the next order, i have placed 2 subsequent orders and still no nail varnish has been delivered. The ist order was for the same client and it was for ear rings sets for her ladies, lo and behold, one of the ear ring boxes were empty. Reported it to Avon, Avon were sending it with my last order. Received the last order, no ear rings - no varnish again. and NO ASSISTANCE FROM AVON AT ALL...
