Having taken deliver of a table and chair set (in Stellenbosch) on unpacking I notice the table leg to be damaged and a couple of scratches. Reporting this to the sales person, Almarie, she said no problem, they will exchange. When would I like the exchange to take place? I was under the impression I said for today, Tuesday 29th Jan as I needed to take leave to be in Stellenbosch to take delivery. On enquiring as to what time they would be delivering the table today, Tuesday, Yolandi (Almarie on leave), said it was sheduled for Wednesday! Explaing that I had taken leave for today to be in Stellenbosch, Yolandi made a plan, and had the table delivered to me today. No matter where the misunderstaning of the days came in, that was great service recovery and client satisfaction. Thank you Tafelberg Somerset West.
