I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PARCEL

My fiancee sent a parcel from Germany on 30 Sep2013. I phoned the customer service at postoffice on 0860111502 on 10Oct and was told the parcel is in transit. I phoned again on 15Oct and told the parcel is with custom and it takes about 4days for custom to dispatch. On Mon 21 Oct I phoned post office was told I should FAX an invoice to customs on 011 961 6038/39, I was also given a number to confirm receipt of the faxed invoice. The invoice was faxed. I phoned customs on Tue 22 Oct on the number given by postoffice to confirm receipt of my invoice, I was told by customs that they only receive invoices delivered to them by the post office, as a result they don't even have a fax machine. I went back to post office and the lady who picked up the phone this time advise that I should email the invoice to [Email Removed] Email was sent on Fri 25 Oct, I haven't received any response yet. Its been frustrating enough to phone and put on hold for more than 30mins but the worse is not getting useful help but send from pillar to post between customs and postoffice. Can somebody from SA post off tell me how I can get my parcel. I need the parcel for my wedding on 17 Nov 20
