I ordered a family photo shoot from PHOTO BLOUBERG STUDIO in Parklands, Table View via Groupon. The voucher expired end December 2012. However as Photo Blouberg Studio was not able to accommodate me on any of the dates I requested, they agreed to extend the voucher into January/February provided I supply them with the Voucher Ref no. All subsequent attempts to confirm a mutually suitable date have failed - no reply to my emails and their phone is not answered... I think they may have closed down. Groupon also does not respond to my emails in this regard. What a rip off! They obviously claimed the money from Groupon and had no intention of providing the service paid for.
