I bought goods from this company online, made an eft transfer and Emailed proof of payment to two of their email addresses. The items where bought on the 5th of October 2013 and the payment was made on the 7th of October. I have not received my goods yet. I have also not received any responses from emails sent and the landline which is supplied on their website does not work! In their terms in conditions they say goods will take 5-7 working days before being dispatched and it has now been a lot longer than that! The monies have been deducted from my bank account, and I am upset as I am unable to speak to anyone to find out where my order is!
