On Friday 25 January 2013 I was phoned by Jozrad Ally, that told me about Amazing Vouchers. It all seemed to be this great way to save money etc. I did a little research and went to their website. It is NOT at all what I expected. I phoned the same day to cancel. There's a five day cooling of period when no cancellation fee is payable. I sent an email as well. I have phoned numerous times. Every time a consultant promised I would be phoned within the next 24 -48 hours to confirm cancellation. Till now no one has contacted me. If a premium is deducted the end of February I will take further action.
They customer service is pathetic. They are quick to sell the "empty" promised but not as quick to confirm a cancellation. I don't want this useless membership!!
