Eskom. Eskom states that they working together to keep the lights on.
Well as a land owner, if anyone tampers with your power, regardless who tampers with a box on your property, you as the owner will be liable. I had a a tenant tamper with the Eskom power, eye witnesses saw this, and are willing to testify, this was reported to Eskom by myself, Eskom comment, not our problem You will be liable for all charges. When I told Eskom I was going to take this further, I was told that they would then take me to court.
