SA Post Office
Post box not locked and my concerns are ignored

My post box has been open since the beginning of the year. I have gone to complain about 3 weeks back at the post master decided to send me on a wild goose chase, I again complained Monday this week and I was still given the same run around. I wish the post master knows that there is identity around and I will go get an affidavit from the police station and show them proof of what the post office is doing, because I need to protect myself from Identity because a post box is private and no one should have access but me. I am paying for this service so please attend to it immediately please.
