SHOCKING SERVICE

I contacted German Electronics who is a household appliance repair business to have my Speed Queen washing machine serviced. When my washing machine was picked up, the driver of the vehicle told me that the machine was going to a workshop in the backyard of someone's house. I was not happy about this and called Dan who confirmed with me that it was definitely going to a workshop in Main Street in Randburg and there was nothing to worry about. 3 days later I was phoned by Brighton who told me my machine needed a new motor at a cost of R1800 for a recon or R3200 for a new one. I told them to bring it back and I wasn't interested in having a new motor fitted. He said that would cost R450.00 but on the website [URL Removed] it says R250. When I told him this he said the additional R200.00 was for transport. I refused to pay the R200 extra and only paid the R250.00. I sent my washing machine for a second opinion, the motor is still 100% fine and does not need to be replaced. Now what kind of service did German Electronics offer... shocking!!!
