I have just gotten off the phone with the customer care line complaining about a box of smokes i bought at a local petrol station.after spending 15 minutes on the telephone i was told that they will replace my box with the same brand.and i must wait 3 to 5 working days just to get the couriers to phone me.what is the point of swopping out the same box of smokes when it is going to taste just as as the box i got.after speaking to the supervisor they tell me they cant swop the silver pack with the black pack, but if the new silver pack tastes again then i must phone in again for another 15 minutes to get another silver pack... REALLY!!!..this is ridiculous... NO MORE DUNHILL FOR ME THANKS...
