Beginning of the year (2013) I took a boat to Peter watersports to be sold. I wanted R200, 000 for the 8meter dive with new 90ph engines. The boat was in very good condition and pantone's serviced.
Peter said that I could get around R140, 000 for the boat. I settled for the amount because I wanted the sale to go fast and get it done with.
3 months ago the boat was sold and Peter got the money. a Story about SARS who took the money out of his account was told and later just that he didn't have the money.
Later he didn't answer his phone any more and his receptions messages didn't reach him.
I had to go over to legal action. And waiting.
