This agency made such a mess of my visa application! They assured me everything was in order, but, in fact, they forgot to submit half of the required documents. After a futile two weeks of waiting for my visa and getting nothing but vague and curt answers from the "manager", Chantelle, I phoned the consulate and was told of the agency's negligence.
They've costed me upwards of R20, 000 in loss of income. I would've started work weeks ago if not for their laziness!
To top it all off, Chantelle is ridiculously rude! Save yourself time and money - refuse to do business with this amateur bunch!
