I have received a call in the beginning of July that there was over R700 unclaimed benefits that the company have to pay out to me. I received all the forms and complete it and send it back and it was told to me that when my forms are processed the money will be paid into my bank account and it could take up to weeks. Then on 24 August an amount of only R424.67 was paid into my account. Then on 9 September 2013 I received another sms reading the same as the previous one I received for the R424.67.
"NMG Unclaimed Benefits Provident Preservation Fund paid an amount of R302.10 on Sep 9 2013 into account number ending with 2057. Please allow 24 hours for this to reflect on your account. This is an automated message. Please do not reply to this number"
Well, up to date I did not received the money and when I call them they told me they took it for admin fee!!
How can they took money that was owing to me and what they had in there bank account and received interest on just like that for their own admin fee so from over R700 they took R302.10!!!
