My complaint is with regards to the dissatisfaction of service received from Antz Pest Control. After numerous phone calls, and broken promises, the last straw was today, when, I phoned yet again to follow up, and after threatening to report Davy from Antz Pest Control to the National Consumer Board, veryone know about this and . initial call out 16July 2013- problem still not sorted! PAID IN FULL!!!
- Must husband got hold of him 4 times to no avail.!
- Today, Monday 14th, I phone him (6:54am) and ask him, why he did not phone or come through, but due to the compulsive lying of this man, I did not want to hear any more excuses, I advised him, that to be fair, I need to tell him that if he does not come through, it is my right to contact the national consumer board- of which he replied "I must I must do, what I need to do"... I explained to him that I have a baby at home and it is not healthy to have all these ants around, and re-iterated that we had paid him for services was not done properly/incomplete. He then proceeded to tell me that as long as he is concerned, he went out there last week!??? I do not like people who lie!
