Wooden kitchen and bar - not willing to repai

Goodwood is a small company specializing in birch ply furniture. The first owner built my kitchen and solid kiaat breakfast bar. The new owner has since installed a wine rack that immediately needed repair and was imperfectly fixed so that it has wavy edges. The new owner has also promised several times to repair the faulty spice rack and inspect the kiaat bar which is pulling apart at the joins. Despite many calls and emails he has clearly decided to ignore the faults. You cannot rely on Goodwood for quality or customer service
