I change my meter eletricity to a pre-paid on the 19th August and I paid R 2345, and I was told that my eletricity will be installed on the 19th september. Till today nothing had happened and I've been to office more 4 times and I've called their call centre in witbank 0860037566 and they told me that they told have resource to work, of which came to my suprise as Eskom is a big company for them to say they don't have resources. And they keep on saying tomorrow tomorrow everytime I call them. And last month I paid R650 on electricity and it was my first time paying such amount. I realy don't know what to do because I've paid them the money and why I they giving me the run around. I wish the was another company that is providing the same service as eskom does maybe we would get better treatment from them
