I wanted to courier very important packages to cape town so a lady helped me, and i had to fill in waybills. When i finised with the waybills then all of a sudden NO ONE helped me and i was standing there for half an hour!!! Waiting??? So i asked for someone to help me because i have to go back to work and did not have time to stand there the whole day!!! Then one of the staff sarted to treat me like a child and screamed at me for complaining about the poor service. Not even the manager could help me in this situaion??? Why are the employing staff that are so unproffesional??? PLease employ professional people PLEASE, who actually want's to work???
