I bought wasable paint at dekraline in strand (0218530471) on 27 july 2013... the man at the counter promised me that it was wasable after I asked him several times, he sold me what I did not ask for with a witness by my side, drove all the way from malmesbury for this paint on my expense, paint the painter that cost money, went threw a lot of expenses, paint dried and it was the wrong paint, I claimed a refund, they gave me a ref nr U0003 and after I emailed them they got back to me and I never heard from them again. After my last email they did not reply. Damage they caused me =R1350... we are going to dekraline on friday 11/10/2013 or saturday to get my refund. AGAIN driving from Malmesbury. Person who phoned me back was Tiaan from head office right next to dekraline paints in strand. If my refund is not given back, I will publish everything with the emails in the newspaper and sue and will claim thousands more than I do or they can just refund me the money they cost me. The money I lost because of them. I have waited months and is starting to get iritated.
