Hoffmans general Dealer collected our LG washing machine for repairs due to it not draining. It went back and forth to Hoffmans general Dealer on 3 occasions, with Hoffmans stating that there was nothing wrong with the machine.
The managers I spoke to at Hoffmans were extremely rude during this process. I'm convinced Hoffmans was just trying to rip me off by trying to convince me to buy a replacement washing machine.
I then took the same washing machine to Bergens who immediately identified the problem on the first attempt and the washing machine is now working beautifully.
